Standard service programs

Our service programme consists of the following 4 steps.

  1. Fault verification/Incoming test
  2. Standard service
  3. Repairs where necessary in consultation with client
  4. Outgoing tests

 

1. Fault verification

Upon receipt of your asset we verify the customer specified fault by reproducing the malfunction. We do this to the point where there is no risk of additional damage. If the asset is in for scheduled servicing we run a fully automated test cycle.

2. Standard service

We disassemble your asset and replace all parts subject to wear and tear and other consumables that should be replaced on periodic basis. We do this according to a set list of parts at a set price.

3. Repairs

While we have your asset on the work bench we can replace broken parts that are not replaced by our yearly maintenance. We do this according to a list with fixed prices for each part.

4. Outgoing tests

Upon completion of servicing and maintenance, the asset is subjected to a pressure test followed directly by a function test.

Deliverables

Your asset will be returned with the following documentation:

  • Incoming function test report
  • Service report with detailed findings
    supported by photo evidence.
  • Pressure test report.
  • Function test report.

Pricing

Pricing of our service scheme consists of 2 components:
 

  1. The standard service fee. This is a fixed fee which covers  replacement of parts covered by the standard service, all tests conducted and labour.
  2. Replaced parts. These are fixed prices set per part that include installation fees.

Continuity

To guarantee continuity we have taken the following steps:
 

  • Where possible we have at least two independent suppliers for each part of which at least one outside of the UK
  • We keep a strategical stock of parts in house to absorb any possible hiccups in our supply chain.
